General Knowledge:
Strong experience of 4 to 5 years in driving performance and branding campaigns
across Digital Channels
Basic understanding of various aspects of Digital Marketing such as SEO, SEM etc

Must have experience in :
Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of campaigns across various
channels to drive business outcomes
Deep understanding of Social Media Platforms
Building and Leading a team
Hands on experience on Facebook Advertising

Platforms :
Facebook Ads Manager
Google (Search, Display, Discovery etc)
Social Media Channels such as – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
Google Analytics
Google Trends
Social Media Listening Tools
Social Media Analyzing tools

Qualities :
Analytical with a strong understanding of digital marketing
Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially)

Responsibilities :
Drive digital marketing strategy for some of the leadings brands in the country
Build relationships with the clients and drive marketing objectives
Lead and mentor the team to drive exponential growth for clients
Training the team on various aspects of digital marketing
Lead on pitches and conversations to drive new business acquisition
Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
