We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will help to increase brand awareness, promote company products or services, drive prospects to conversions, initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.

Job role

He/she will lead our marketing efforts using digital tools and will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. The goal lies in giving our company a strong digital presence with increased client engagement.

Responsibilities

· Plan and executes all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, SMO/SMM.

· Building and maintaining our social media presence

· Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

· Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaign and assesses against goals

· Ability to engage clients for strengthening longer relationships.

· Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience

· Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

· Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Plans, execute and measures experiments and conversion tests

· Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance

· Monitoring, reviewing, and improving digital marketing performance

· Managing customer data on daily basis and willing to travel on office related work

· Good problem solving and decision-making skills. This skill-set can possibly be the most important part in identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.

· Good leadership skills as your focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.

Skill Required

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist (SEO, SMM, Google Ad, Facebook Ad)

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
