As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented Lead Generator/Digital Marketing Professional to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our business growth through effective lead generation strategies and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and other platforms to identify and connect with potential candidates for targeted roles.
  • Execute cold email and messaging campaigns to engage prospective clients and candidates.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads for our business.
Prospective Client Identification:

  • Research and identify potential clients aligned with our target market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram, to enhance brand visibility
  • Create and curate engaging content for posting on various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Design and post compelling visuals using visual editors to enhance social media content.
Technology Stack Management:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted candidate searches and networking.
  • Leverage Mailchimp for designing and implementing effective email campaigns.
  • Manage CRM systems to organize and track client and candidate interactions.
Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Mailchimp, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and engage with prospective clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation, including designing and posting compelling visuals using visual editors.
  • Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of the [industry/sector] or a willingness to acquire industry-specific knowledge.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in digital marketing or equivalent work experience is highly desirable.
