Chemours is seeking a Digital Procurement Transformation Leaderto join our growing Source to Pay team within Procurement! This position can be based anywhere and will report directly to the Head of Digital Source to Pay .

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, architecting and delivering a digital procurement process across (Channel Strategy, Sourcing Support, Requisition, Ordering, and Receiving) for direct and indirect spend. SAP S/4 HANA Cloud will function as the Digital Core supported by bolt-on Digital solutions that are current or emerging.

You will have the opportunity to imagine and create the new digital process using agile methodology, human centered design, automation, AI/ML and Analytics. You will work closely with the technology vendors to make this happen. You will engage with stakeholders from across the world in this process to get input but will be the decision maker. Stakeholders include Business Functions, Tax, Finance, Audit, Regional leaders and Operations – including our BPO located in India and China.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contribute to the overall Digital S2P strategy
• Redesign processes using industry best practices before applying technology
• Ensure the technology solutions meet the functional needs
• Deliver a digital S2P process
• Deliver automation, adoption and efficiency resulting in value capture and a delightful user experience
• Define KPIs, track regularly and take actions to address deficiencies
• Serve as the business owner and expert for S2P systems
• Oversee the creation of training materials for stakeholders involved in the process, executing training as required
• Create, review and sign off SOPs
• Act as point of contact for escalations related to the bad process performance
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve through external benchmarking and participation in best practice forums
• Partner with Internal Controls, Accounting, Tax and Audit to ensure all related requirements are met

The following isrequiredfor this role:

• A greenfield S2P/P2P implementation on an ERP platform, preferably on the cloud

• Implementation of digital procurement solutions ( Coupa, Ariba etc)

• Implementation experience with digital technology (RPA, AI, ML)

• High Concentration of Business Acumen, Digital and Complex Problem-Solving Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or similar relevant field

• Experience in leading and delivering large improvement projects, ideally within the source to pay, procurement, finance and supply chain management
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.)
• Experience with process mapping and associated tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion to understand and resolve root cause issues
• Maintains a customer-centered and service-oriented mindset and attitude
• Exhibits strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Masters assertive communication
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship management abilities
• Ability to juggle and prioritize numerous initiatives simultaneously and manage work schedule with no supervision
• Detail-oriented, but still able to work towards larger strategic goals
• Proven success in working both internally on cross-functional teams and externally with suppliers
• Detailed knowledge of the Source to Pay/Procure to Pay process
• Works independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work and collaborate with teams working in various locations / remotely
• Strong people management skills
• Time zone flexibility to collaborate with a global audience
• Proactive, self-motivated and results driven
