Responsibilities:

The main management responsibilities are:

Reduce/Minimize the per picture cost of processing a picture. This includes managing the following factors:
Speed of Neural Network (“NN”) training related to project start-up and ongoing product additions.
Proper, efficient staffing related to manual QA.
Oversight of software (server/App) processing in Poland.
Management of related KPIs.
Influencing, as possible and applicable, receipt of client data to facilitate objectives.
Insuring internal and client supplied Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved and exceeded in:
Quality
Response time
Ensure quality team is delivering to benchmarks established.
Ensure training is appropriate and QA tools are being leveraged.
Test check and inspect work previously reviewed by QA and production supervisors.
Establish and update performance benchmarks to KPIs.
Ensure proper production staffing to support clients across multiple shifts.
