Position Summary

Located in our Hyderabad office, Solution Architect is responsible for designing Account Receivable solutions using HighRadius technology for our customers. You will study the customers’ current business processes to understand the key business requirements and design the To-Be process, which will increase the efficiency in the customer’s Order to Cash cycle.

The role will require active problem solving and collaboration with the relevant customer stakeholders, end-users as well as internal engineering and product teams. You should be able to identify the true business requirements, translate them into technical requirements to define feasibility, and also be able to negotiate on non-value-added asks.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own the business process design and solution for a set of projects
  • Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal.
  • Develop a clear knowledge about the customers’ current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes
  • Identify Solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options
  • Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications
  • Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customer-side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the product team, engineering teams, and clients SMEs.
  • Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation, and signoff.
  • Manage up - Make sure to keep the Project Manager and/or higher management honest and up to date on any potential risks and escalations.
  • Be eager to learn and keep up to date on HighRadius products, capabilities, and new features
  • Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with small and large groups

Experience
  • 5-10 years of professional services experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business analyst /Solution Architect/Business architect or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting / professional services set-up.
  • Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates
  • Experience in a functional or technical role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Experience in Account receivables, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Record-to-Report business processes is highly preferred
