SleepLabs, a venture founded by Oxford, Stanford, NSIT, IIM, CMU, Microsoft alums is building a sleep ecosystem with foam based, connected and digital products. SleepLabs has been pioneer in developing some of the smartest sleep products that ever existed

We are looking to hire Director- Franchise Sales to take our FOFO stores from 1- 100 in the next 2 years.

Desired qualifications/ experience/ skillset of candidate

✅ 10 years+ of Retail experience in Textile and Home Improvement category is must

✅ Have prior experience building and leading teams from scratch

✅ Have prior experience setting up a franchise network from scratch

✅ Result oriented with an open mind to explore and capitalise on opportunities

✅ Willing to relocate to Office in Karnal and Delhi NCR
