Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
  • 5 years of experience with managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of the digital display marketplace.
  • Excellent business acumen, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
  • Ability to achieve strategic business goals and identify business or tactical opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage account growth through implementing campaign solutions in Display and Video 360: developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use advanced optimization techniques across Google, Mobile, and Video to optimize marketers’ display spend; analyze trends and develop bid strategies, manage creative assets, and make budget allocation decisions across the book of business.
  • Identify and seize opportunities in an account. Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with the in-market sales team to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and in-market sales team to drive growth plans of our large advertisers.
  • Contribute to global scaled solutions efforts, including documenting best practice guides, socialize scenarios that adversely impact performance, and follow process guidelines.
