Job objectives :
Responsible for Production planning and control maintain inventory level.
Responsible for creation of master data such as material master , bill of material (BOM ),for new and existing products .
Optimize ability of business to produce and market cost effective products by applying BI to:
Inventory Management & Reduction
Decide optimum levels of Inventory without affecting delivery (Fill rate)
Planning & Scheduling
Foresee the seasonality & act accordingly
Synchronize to change in business scenario
Measuring & Improving Demand Forecast
Forecast Vs Actual - Analysis
Give input to Materials for BOM planning
Give input for Plant Budgeting
Measure & Optimize Delivery Performance
Setup & Maintain a system for measurement of Delivery Performance of Plants
Gap Analysis
Give feedback to plants
