Role Description
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role located in Amritsar. The Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to brand standards, managing inventory, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera property Management System
  • Knowledge of revenue management, inventory management, and quality assurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Certification from reputed Institute of Hotel management
