Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Quality Control Dept.
2. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance (QMS).
3. Managing the effective utilization of QC Engineer.
4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
5. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
6. CAPA analysis, familiar of deploying 7 QC tools.
7. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Certified ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor from Bureau Veritas.
Certified EMS & OHSAS Internal Auditor from MACE India.
Certified NDT level-II.
Proficient in Root cause analysis & Corrective actions for problems solving by using QC tools.
PPAP submission.
Sound Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,7 QC Tools, PFMEA, Control Plan etc.
Member of CFT in new product development process & execution.
Proficient in Analyzing & Identifying improvement areas and improve the ergonomic condition on shop floor, Muda elimination, Process improvement through waste elimination.
Sound Knowledge of Forging, Cold Coining process and defects causes.
Good Knowledge of Various machining & grinding operations.
