Job Title: E-commerce Ads Manager (Marketplaces)

Job Summary:

Our company is looking for an experienced E-commerce Ads Manager to join our team and manage our advertising campaigns on various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other similar platforms. The E-commerce Ads Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing ad campaigns, and managing relationships with marketplace partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce ad campaigns on marketplaces and driving sales growth. The E-commerce Ads Manager will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that increase online sales and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies that drive revenue growth, increase conversion rates, and improve the customer experience on online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns on various marketplaces, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads.
  • Monitor and analyse ad performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize ad creative, targeting, bidding, and other elements to increase ad performance and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure that ad campaigns are aligned with our product strategy and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace advertising partners, including account managers, customer service representatives, and technical support teams.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns that drive sales on marketplaces.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising on marketplaces and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
  • Proven track record of managing e-commerce ad campaigns on marketplaces and driving online revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with marketplace-specific advertising tools and platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, Google, and Facebook ads.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a strong customer-focused mentality.
