  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the online production ï’
  • Determining the website format and interacting with the web developers to design or make changes accordingly ï’
  • Undertaking a research to understand the demographic targets, search engine traffic, media buying etc. ï’
  • Financial planning and preparing of budgets ï’
  • Supervising the e-commerce department and allocating task to the staff ï’
  • Undertake interviewing processes and recruit the e-commerce analysts, marketing executives, etc. ï’
  • Providing necessary training to the newly joined recruits and allocate work to them ï’
  • Demonstrating project strategies and plans to the higher officials ï’
  • Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written ï’
  • Creative with a strategic mind set ï’
  • Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity ï’
  • Professional attitude with clients as well as colleagues ï’
  • Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight ï’
  • Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce ï’
  • Knowledge of database creation and management ï’
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues ï’
  • Provide customer support to website visitors over the phone and email ï’
  • Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decision and upsell ï’
  • Establish relationship with new and returning customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing offered packages. ï’
  • Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase ï’
  • Achieve objective related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided.
Must have 3 yrs experience of listing and uploading FMCG/garment items on E commerce portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc., enhancing customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment, and maintaining Website, IT,SEO/SMO/SMM activities.
