Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Vraious MIS reports on Plant KPI on Daily / Weekly /Monthly basis to support decision making by Plant Head

2. Study variance between plan/ actual of various plant KPI and discuss action plan with Heads to bridge those gaps and moniter those plans

3. Escalate any major deviations to Plant head for timely corrective action

4. Coordinate and Supervise Data/Information requirement from Units/Corporate / Group / Multi-Departments

5. Manage Plant Head’s calendar and set up meetings

6. Accurately record minutes from meetings and leeping Track for timely closures of action apoints

7. Actively suggesst and partcipates in various special projects focusing on process improvEments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Textiles
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, Planning
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
