Job Responsibility

Requisite Skills : 1. The candidate should compulsorily have an experience of handling Operations of Stock Broking Industry for a minimum period of 5 years as this position is key in assisting the VP in managing and prioritizing competing demands for his/her time and attention. 2. Should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. 3. Be well versed with Advance Excel 4. Have similar experience of preparing and handling MIS . Responsibilities :1. The candidate will have to schedule meetings- both online/offline as and when required. 2.He will have to prepare minutes of meetings for each meeting and report to the VP. 3. Letter drafting to various authorities . 4. Analyze the data and report the variations on a daily/weekly and monthly basis. 5. Prepare charts and graphs . 6. Track the performance of various teams , especially the sales team. 7 . Coordinate and establish good communication with the HODs for their projects based working.

Qualification

Post Graduation / M.B.A. or any similar program in Finance and Marketing Domain
