Electrical Design Engineer Job Description:

Electrical design engineer provides design support, analysis and troubleshooting for the experimental power systems consisting of medium voltage ac power distribution systems, multi-MW ac/dc thyristor converter systems, hardwired control systems, dc current measurement systems, protection systems and dc distribution (up to 6 kV).

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Design, detailing & drafting of the Solar PV plant & Pilling Layout.
  • Prepare the BOQ/BOM of the project Calculation of AC Earthing, DC Earthing, Lighting Arrester , Auxiliary Transformer sizing, prepare the Auxiliary SLD,UPS/Battery size calculation, LT/HT cable selection with cable scheduling.
  • Outdoor and indoor lighting calculation by using Dialux.
  • GTP review of equipment and correction accordingly tender or requirement.
  • Switchyard and inverter yard layout detailing.
  • Coordination with other departments for smoothing the project functioning.
  • Site visit if required

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
  • Licensed as a professional engineer.
  • Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
  • Proficient in design and calculation software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Electrical Design: 3 years (Required)
