  • Design Conception, Concept validation and generating Technical requirements
  • Ability to do High level design and architecture with cost target
  • Lead and guide design team to accomplish circuit design, Layout design as per organization’s standard practice.
  • Resolving technical issues
  • Design review/ verification & validation
  • Works hand in hand with Project Manager for accomplishing project
  • Adherence to quality & Reliability guidelines/target
  • Facilitate DFMEA, Reliability Analysis
  • Cross functional with various team involved in the project
  • Mentoring the design team
