Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in handling hospitality projects like Hotel, Club, Mall, Resort, Hospital, Multiplex etc.
Experience in handling ELV / Electrical related job of hospitality project like Hotel, Restaurant, Banquet, Rooms, etc individually including day to day planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials manpower, time cost analysis and its implication on project, billing of the project and handover to operation team.
Sufficient knowledge and ability of Site planning of 3 to 5 star hospitality project including analysis of requirement, making budget, BOQ and tracking and controlling the project with other team member for completion in time with desired quality.
