Your tasks
  • Project price and profitability calculation
  • Create and coordinate project calculation based on instruction of Application Engineering, Sales and Product Management and ensure required cost data is thorough, accurate, and submitted on schedule.
  • Calculation of project pricing aligned with regions and markets in collaboration with stakeholders and with the objective to ensure overall project profitability and transparency.
  • Compilation (support) of project documentation together with other stakeholders to ensure a consistent story to the customer.
  • Provide support for bid/no-bid decisions, analyzing solicitations and participating in bid review with the aim to support the development of competitive pricing strategies.
  • Identify pricing solutions through cost/benefit analysis of different scenarios or best practices to inform/propose to the cost proposal team through collaboration with program and technical staff at HQ and overseas.
  • Support stake holders in strategic decision by providing corresponding project insights.
  • Support and suggestion of profit improving initiatives based on product composition and project experience.
  • May perform peer reviews of proposals.
  • Prepare DOA for review with senior management.
  • Conduct final cost review with senior management prior to submission of proposals.
  • Preparing and occasionally handling of price approval process according to delegation of authority
  • Track price offering
  • Track development of project for win/loss
  • Follow-up with sales and application engineering for opportunities
  • Maintenance of product pricing in SAP to generate annual price list.

Your profile

Work experience of minimum 3 – 6 years with Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical and Electronics) with strong technical interest and understanding.

Proven working experience in project calculation and pricing management.

Strong working knowledge of SAP (pricing modules), Excel, Microsoft Office.
