Job location: Mumbai / Vapi - Gujarat

Company is manufacturing automation control system products for all kind of packaging and printing machines.

Major Duties Responsibilities Of The Position

Provide technical support for all Extreme of BST Eltromat Automation Products

Having Hands On Experience For PLC, HMI, And Others

Resolve customer problems. Work with OEM engineering teams to report defects and improve hardware and software quality of product.

Effectively works with Sales teams as well as cross-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.

Provides systems/product training both internally and externally.

Drive for continuous learning, results orientation, and teamwork.

Travelling to PAN India client site whenever required to support service activity.

Taking calls and remotes of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Closure of all issues related to products.

Prepare accurate and timely Monthly Reports.

Team Handling.

Sales Support.
