  • Providing latest market information to clients,
  • Executing Orders or Call & Trades on behalf of clients,
  • Resolving trading related client queries and requests,
  • Communicating important updates to clients,
  • Assisting and coordinating with Risk management team,
  • Client activation’s & Product demo’s,
  • Reporting issues & feedback from client’s to the technology team.
