  • Roles: Private Equity -Buy side

    • Job Description

    • Provide support to buy-side research teams such as Private Equity Clients
    • Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition
    • Build and update financial, Discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models for lenders
      and investors, and perform valuation exercises
    • Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, and presentation development)

    Experience Required

    • 37 years of financial / investment banking / private equity / buy-side research experience with global clients

    Location: Gurugram (WFH till Covid)


    2. Roles: Equity Research -Sell side


    Job Description

    • Create and maintain Excel-based financial models with forecasts.
    • Collect financial data using online and other sources such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters
    • Conduct extensive company valuations involving approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading and

    transaction multiples, and EVA.

    • Benchmark companies on financial and operating statistics
    • Create presentations on industry and company research for marketing and roadshow activities

    Skill Set

    • Basic knowledge of macroeconomics / microeconomics, aggregates, and regression analysis
    • Strong accounting and financial skill
