Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, so as to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance for the Manufacturing process.
  • Regulatory requirement configuration the critical fields and validate for the Manufacturing process in Plant.
  • Integration between ERP and Government Portal API required master configuration and management.
  • Customization of Legal document output Form as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO which is interfacing with customer and vendor.
  • Identify the High, medium, and low priority user issues in a daily business process.
  • Developing and implementing MIS report for compliance Regulatory requirement, Finance requirement.
  • Identification of user issues which is a Development issue, which can be possible through the front end and which issues can be solved through the back end and where required service provider involvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical Module RDF and DLD,
  • Knowledge of tables and Fields to access the transactional data and Master data.
  • Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal) with business process knowledge should be there.

Education :

Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA)

Experience:

Minimum 5-year Experience in PERP all modules as (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR (Payroll and Personal)

Job Location: Rourkela, Odisha

Candidate must have worked in Steel or process or manufacturing industry.

Preference: Ex-Lighthouse India Employee
