Urgent Hiring Account Manager - Domestic IT Staffing
Work from Home

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handling a team of IT recruiters for Domestic staffing (C2H Staffing).
Daily interaction with clients POCs to gather the requirement and to manage the day-to-day workflow.
Making strategies to fulfil the team targets
Will be involve in negotiation in terms of salaries and rates with candidates and clients respectively.
Maintaining the reports and Dashboards

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have strong experience in end-to-end domestic IT recruitment
Should have good working exposure in contractual staffing.
Around 2 years of experience in Team handling
Around 2 years of experience in Client interaction
Good communication skills
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
