Hiring for AGM SCM/ Warehouse/ Logistics for faridabad Location.

Qualification:-Graduate+ full time MBA

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Experience in managing operations in one or more areas of supply chain planning,inventory optimization, transport & logistics management.

2. Logistics vendor partner management. Negotiation/ Finalization & costing of transport partners.

3. Good understanding of supply chain systems such as Transport Management System, Warehouse management system, control tower and supply chain modules

of SAP (MM) Module.

4. Manage the company’s supply chain planning & strategy.

5. Plan & Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.

6. Maintain supply chain inventory and records.

7. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.

8. Resolve issues that come up/ route planning (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents).

9. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.

10. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g., use of trucks, forklifts)

11. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

12. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.

Job Specifications:

1. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

2. Must have experience of relevant software (SAP MM/ WMS)

3. Strong communication & negotiation skills.

4. Excellent organizational, leading and team management skills.

5. Expertise into Transport management, Inventory management & stakeholder management.
