Role Description
This is a full-time Application Support Specialist role at TEX INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED in Bhilwara. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our various software applications. You will also diagnose and resolve technical issues, liaise with developers to identify the root cause of problems, and escalate issues as necessary. The position requires an on-site presence and is not a remote role.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in application development or support services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
