Job Description :

Role : SWApplication Tech Support Practitioner

Role Description :

- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.

- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running.

- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must Have Skills : Software License & Upgrade Management

Good To Have Skills : Configuration Database & CI Management

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Have proper knowledge on ITAM workflow Software

2. Have previous experience in working with SAM tools

3. Have worked on OracleSAPIBMMicrosoft Licenses

4. Understanding the life cycle of a software license

5. Should have prior experience on data center software licensing

6. Well aware of the SAM procurement

7. Hands-on experience on SNOW tool

8. Compliance and Consumption reporting knowledge

9. Onboarding of Publisher

10. Understands software AMC contracts

Technical Experience :

1. Have knowledge on compliance reporting

2. Knowledge on discovery mechanism

3. SNOW tool implementation

Professional Attributes : Good communication skills

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate or above

- 15 years of full-time education
