Onsite position --- NO REMOTE

Female candidates preferred.

This position will handle all financial activities for the organization and perspective candidate ( Assisted accountant ) will report directly to accountant and Managing director .

Female Candidates Preferred for this Position.

  • Maintain bookkeeping and accounting best practices.
  • Fact-Check invoices for payment processing and maintain petty cash.
  • Responsible for invoice generation and balance collection from customers.
  • Should be able to do entries on Tally or other accounting software.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly and quarterly GST and file with appropriate department.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly and quarterly TDS and file with appropriate department.
  • Responsible to manage expense accounts for all customers.
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Responsible for to work with CA and making sure company stays on compliance all the time.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
