The Assistant Acquisition Manager will acquire new customers and promote the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products.

Your primary goal will be to build a strong customer base, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the CASA department.

Position: Assistant Acquisition Manager

Department: Retail Liability

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain

Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and businesses for CASA products.
  • Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers to meet their banking needs.
  • Stay updated on the features and benefits of the Bank’s CASA products.
  • Effectively communicate product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Meet monthly targets for CASA product sales.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets for CASA product sales.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, is an advantage.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
