The Assistant Acquisition Manager will acquire new customers and promote the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products.

Your primary goal will be to build a strong customer base, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the CASA department.

Position: Assistant Acquisition Manager

Department: Retail Liability

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain

Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and businesses for CASA products.
Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and achieve monthly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers to meet their banking needs.
Stay updated on the features and benefits of the Bank’s CASA products.
Effectively communicate product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Meet monthly targets for CASA product sales.
Work towards achieving individual and team targets for CASA product sales.
