Assistant Engineer CAD

Education: Graduate mechanical engineer / Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical engineering industry, with good understanding of mechanical engineering drawings preparations. Shall have basic training in AutoCAD and Solid works.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and development of engineering for products.
  • Development of 3D models, detailed drawings and the complete engineering information required for manufacturing and installation.
  • Shall interact effectively across planning, production & quality teams in factory, marketing and project execution groups in Head Office for design and development of products.
  • Shall maintain, control and transmit engineering information and documentation across manufacturing, quality and project execution teams within the organization for effectively ensuring the manufacture of the products precisely to the customer requirements and standards.
  • Shall ensure the archiving and upkeep of the drawings, BOMs, project-wise, product-wise.
  • Product improvement based on product performance, feedbacks from production, quality, project teams, marketing, customer etc.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Manager/ Management from time to time.
  • Research new product ideas and method
  • Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department.
