  • Responsibility for Delivery of Partner and Customer Targets for assigned areas
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights
  • Execute Marketing and Branding initiatives
  • Manage team and ensure target delivery through team
  • Ensure smooth implementation of product changes and gather real-time feedback regarding the same.
  • Process improvement and feedback on the process
  • Maintain regular contact with partner and customer community and share feedbacks from time to time
  • Ability to train, coach and support the team members
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Should be good in making reports
