Journey Overview:

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our ’Study Abroad’ team in UpGrad Abroad. As an Assistant Manager / Manager, one is responsible to lead a team of one of the best overseas counsellors in the industry. It is a revenue driven role driving the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad opportunities. Work closely with universities and educational institutions across geographies to facilitate admissions - your team will provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Journey Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire admission process for Indian students applying for study abroad programs.
• Lead a team of counselors and ensure monthly targets to be met.
• Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with visa applications.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
• Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
• Handle any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations like US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
• Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
