Asst. Manager- Marketing and Sales

Location: Head Office, Makarpura, Vadodara

Reporting to: Director - Arodo India Pvt Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to):

Responsible for Entire Sales force and all marketing employees’ performance and deliverable to meet the organisational targets
Allocation of work, setting team targets etc.
Assist the Team in driving the business and increasing revenue, Market share etc
Getting right talents in the team, coaching and mentoring them
Ensuring system compliance and report generation
Obtaining market research such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers.
Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals, where necessary.
Ensure service delivery to the customers as per internal quality and service standards
Effectively partner with marketing, sales, operations and other channel teams to ensure that solutions are integrated across all customer and prospect touch points.
Drive processes to identify best practices and optimize the customer experience based on data from site visitors/respondents.
Create a target audience and build campaigns and promotions aimed at this group of customers
Planning and implementing marketing strategies
Organize appropriate teams to perform each duty and then oversee their progress to ensure the strategies are successfully rolled out.
