Urgent Requirement for a Leading Aluminium Alloys/ Aluminium ingots manufacturing Company for COLD REFINING Department, for the person who have good Experience & knowledge in Aluminium Sorting/ Aluminium Scrap from Same Aluminium ingots industry/ Aluminium Metal industry

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

REQUIREMENTS

 Should have knowledge of scrap /raw material/ Aluminum sorting- Cold refining

 Should be from same industry

 Should be able to lead supervisors team

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensure that sorting targets are met by the team

 Ensure manpower is rightly and timely deployed

 Delegate work to team members and prepare schedule

 Prepare reports/ MIS/ MRM as required by the management

 Ensure health/ safety standards in the department

 Maintain 5S in the sorting area

 Conduct quality checks

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

 Good communication & interpersonal skill  Team leadership  Manpower handling  Knowledge of MS office  Knowledge of ERP/ SAP etc preferred

Qualifications: Diploma OR B.Tech in Mechanical/ Metallugy

Location:Palwal Haryana (Prithla)

Salary: Upto 40K
