Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to develop and implement effective training programs that align with our company’s goals and objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization
  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, ensuring maximum participation and knowledge retention
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and assessment results, making improvements as necessary
  • Maintain and update our learning management system (LMS), including uploading and organizing training materials
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and communication with participants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and training delivery
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in managing a learning management system (LMS) is highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
