Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager- Delivery, the Associate Analyst will be responsible for the collection and organization of commercial real estate data, which is to be used for valuation consulting services. As an Associate Analyst, you will have visibility to and participate in our Altus Group services offerings that may include Tax, Cost, and other commercial real estate Intelligence as a Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage periodic setup of work files including verifying and reviewing source data.
• Support in research and data analytics relative to real estate investment parameters.
• Prepares and present quarterly financial exhibits in support of valuation and appraisal of assets.
• Prepare accurate analysis of asset and market level real estate data to be used in the asset underwriting and valuation process.
• Complete periodic comparisons of analysis files to analyze impacts and attribute variances.

Key Qualifications:

• 0-2.4 years related experience in Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, Economics
• Real estate background, specifically Commercial experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and oral presentation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Etc., basic skills in creating financial models (i.e., Excel, Argus, etc.)
