Job Description
General Summary:
This position is responsible for becoming familiar with list attributes and becoming efficient in the quality analysis of list processing for multiple accounts, including coordination, multi-tasking, instruction comprehension, professional communications, and technical adeptness to successfully use applications and processing tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learn and become familiar with technical processes associated with lists through successful completion of the List Conversion Technical Training Program.
- Develop an understanding of industry trends and direct marketing practices through active participation during mentorship.
- Ensure product quality meets processing expectations. This includes the coordination of working with mentor to second check all work within constraints of project schedule during acclimation period.
- Responsibility and ownership for successful completion of assigned list quality checks.
- Develop skills to become independent and responsible for product quality assurance.
- Manage list quality checks by maintaining a timeline and initiating appropriate action to ensure timelines are met.
- Work proactively and communicates directly with team members within List Conversion regarding list processing issues.
- Execute the release of daily inventories through user interface per established timelines.
- Adapt skills to meet changes in user interface and technology tools.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years previous customer service experience is required.
- Successful completion of List Conversion Technical Training Program.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess good organizational skills and adept in re-prioritization of projects.
- Self-starter with critical attention to detail.
- Good problem solving, resourcefulness, and follow up skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to successfully meet short term deadlines.
- Efficient with all technical aspects of processing, report verification, and quality controls.
- Ability to effectively use written communication with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to effectively use verbal communication with internal contacts, possessing strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively across teams in addition to working independently.
- PC skills with knowledge of mainframe systems.
