Job Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, storage and issue materials properly on daily basis
  • Daily update in system (SAP) of receipts, issues and reporting
  • Inventory maintaining as per Norms (Min and Max Level )
    • Required SC/PR raise as per requirement Follow up with Procurements for critical materials
  • All Factory Gate Pass (Returnable and Non-returnable) other than sale invoicing
    • Generates E-way bills for outgoing material Capex Material receipts and documentation upto Finance
  • Perpetual Inventory taken as per schedule and maintain stock correct Qty and correct location
  • New SAP Item code generation and maintaining stock ledger
    • Daily store Report circulation Maintain all store records properly Support Engineering and Operating supply cost achievement
  • Handling annual Physical inventory with Statutory Auditors and Finance Team
    • Maintain good housekeeping (WPO)
  • Handing store causals in 3 shifts by way of contract labors

    • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in any related engineering field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in tyre industry or other industry
  • Well knowledgeable in SAP stores modules / SAP MM module, material management
  • Working knowledge in handling engineering store for spare parts
    • Willing to work in Aurangabad Assistant Manager, Engineer, ERP, Manager, Supply, Management, Engineering, Technology, Operations
