Merkle-Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 700+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.

In pursuit of this, we seek to hire talented AVP Operations - Performance Media who’d help Merkle|Sokrati’s business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.


Job Description


You’d need to be awesome at:

  • Business cluster ownership for post-sales business delivery and growth across the client portfolio
  • Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team
  • Support, develop, and execute the firm’s strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations
  • Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results
  • Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight
  • Manage nurturing and growth for a 30-50 member business operations team

If you are:

  • Having 8-12 years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry
  • Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns including PPC, Social, Display, Remarketing and Programmatic in the digital marketing domain
  • 4+ years of people management experience (must-have)
  • Highly organized and detail junkie
  • Aggressive & can take control
  • Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
  • And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for every inch of their satisfaction
