Dear Job Aspirant,

We require Branch Managers to lead a team of Agency Managers in a reputed Health insurance company and Life Insurance companies.

CTC : Between 8 to 10 Lacs plus incentives.

Locations : Mumbai(Andheri), Nasik, Amrawati, Ratanagiri, Jalana, Yavatmal, Chandrapur, Nagpur,

Bhuj, Gandhinagar,

Shimla, Yamunanagar, Gurugram, Srinagar, Delhi, Bulandshar, Lucknow, Ambala, Karnal, Amritsar, Kurukshetra, Palwal, Roopnagar, Nawanshahr, Firozpur, Moga, Muktsar, Una, Hissar, Kullu, Kaithal, Sonipat

Jaipur, Jodhpur and Sikar.

Experience : Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales is required. 2 years experience needed in Team Leading Sales role.

We are looking for candidates from Insurance Industry having agency sales experience and team handling experience.

Qualification : Graduate, preferably MBA

Role: This is a non-sourcing role. The candidate shall be required to lead a team of Agency Sales Managers. Joint field work may also be required to establish leadership. The role shall carry delivery of team targets.
