Roles and Responsibilities

Recruit and Manage Team of Associate Partner and Advisors.
Ongoing monitoring & review against plan & take appropriate course correction & work on the
Key result areas of the channel.
Selling Life insurance through Team.
Driving & leading team, generating revenues & achieving branch sales target.
Training & Motivating Team of Partners & Advisors.


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience - Minimum 2 years & above into Life Insurance Industry

Qualification - Graduation

Candidate with good management skills
