Business Centre Auditor

Location- Aurangabad

Job Responsiblities

Review day to day production, losses if any, quality issues, safety concerns in the Business team.
Attend Production meeting, plant reviews, waste, energy, safety and training meeting ( on specified days)
Implement profit centre concept in day to day management of the team.
Drive all indicators of the Business team and ensure all are met.
Ensure all energy conservation, safety; training initiatives are given top priority.
Drive and execute the issue pertaining to product quality, people issues and machine efficiency.
Ensure cost control is exercised by keeping a watch on all withdrawals.
Maximize the output on machines and achieve day’s top turn.
Maintain perfect out going quality and minimal waste, drive TQC in the entire Business Team.
Ensure good housekeeping, audit day to day business team system, quality system and safety.
Support and implement a system which improves the Business centre performance.
To train Specialist/Area Manager and Hourly Associates for new systems.
Maintain and control all Business centre documents.
To drive QEMS in each Business Team..
Conduct scrap review meetings with the Specialist/Area Managers and Hourly Associates.
Conduct inter-departmental meetings to review customer needs.
Drive and implement systems relating to Quality, Safety, Energy and Productivity.
18. Interaction with Union committee to deal with issues of Productivity and Business importance.
To update BTM on various production matters on a daily basis.
