Ensure unmatched services to the members and maintain good relations with them.

To convert all the Beat Members to buying members every month.

To generate new memberships for the potential businesspeople on the beat and get them on the Beat Plan post the Qtr.

To achieve daily and monthly sales target.To ensure liquidation of Ageing items for the store.

To sell maximum number of lines to the beat members and bill cuts to deliver profitable sales. Ensure everything we do is 100 % under compliance, and as per company’s systems and procedures.
