Hi,

Looking for Business Development Executive /Pre Sales Associate (Female Candidates preferably) for a reputedproducer owned tea brand. One must have prior experience in a similar position to apply for the Post .

Location will be Exide

*Experience 5 to 8 years

The key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Business Development:

Connect with reputed Hospitality Sectors over the phone and introduce the brand to them. Send samples, arrange meetings , mail quotations , ability to convince and close the deal.

2.Identify companies by creating databases, focus to get larger deals in companies; generate fresh business leads; make innovative pitch presentations; structure win-win proposals, evaluate follow-on visits to prospective clients.

2. Deal Making & Closure

3. Relationship Management:

Maintain relationship with key position holders of existing and prospective clients and maintain rapport .Marketing strategy with a long-term perspective and to achieve client satisfaction. Maintain regular touch with customers to add value to existing relationships - creative ideas, new thoughts etc.

4.It’s a complete backoffice job. No need to travel.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 5- 8years of relevant work experience as Pre Sales Coordinator

 Should have strong work ethics, quick learner

 Must have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good writing skills and should be able to do market research and build presentations/documents.

 Street Smart and Hands on Person negotiations and existing network of contacts

 Market research experience

 Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems

Skills and Qualifications

  • Superb time management and detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications**

Qualification – Minimum Graduation with 5 to 8 years of work experience
