About Job:

This job requires people who are passionate, aggressive, and willing to whatever it takes to generate revenue for the organization. Business Development profile will make you learn and implement the fine arts of communicating, engaging, following, and convincing customers to make them go for your product.


KRAs: (Job Description)

  • Dialing 125 customers in a day (new +follow-ups)
  • Connecting to 40 customers in a day (new +follow-ups)
  • Engaging, developing pipelines of at least 10 customers in a day, on calls or Video Calls where you have to showcase product /live demo
  • Following up and closing 1 sale in a day with value greater than Rs 5000
  • Ensuring payment are submitted and punched in CRM on time
  • Trying to learn maximum and earn maximum by overachieving targets and drawing
    incentives

Working Days:Tuesday to Sunday
Work hours: Depends on productivity and output, the day will start at 10:30 am sharp

Attendance Calculation:

  • Will be based on input productivity i.e. No. of connected calls, talk-time
  • If targets are achieved, inputs will be ignored, but the same will be monitored on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Who can apply?
• Candidates with experience in Ed-Tech will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in tele-calling sales.
• Freshers can also apply.
• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ANY CANDIDATE TO APPLY.

Rounds Of Interview:
• Discussion round over VC.
• Final PI round

  • The candidate should have a laptop and a good internet
  • Candidates should have good mobile network coverage.
