Candidate Experience Specialists

You will be working as a part of the Hyreo Candidate Experience team responsible for interacting with the candidates and building stellar candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide candidate support & success efforts for the Hyreo platform.
  • Engaging with candidates via calls, emails and chats
  • Understand candidate issues, resolve them and help them realize the value of the platform.
  • Review the candidate queries/concerns and recommend actions to solve the concerns
  • Collate user feedback, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide inputs to the product team regularly.
  • Work on Product setup, configuration, and release management coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
