The ideal individual will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in catering management.

In the role of the Catering Manager, you’ll be tasked with formulating and executing a robust catering strategy. This encompasses everything from recruiting and training an elite catering team to collaborating with our culinary maestros to design innovative and captivating menus. Central to your role will be building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that every interaction with Arsalan exceeds expectations. Operational facets, such as managing inventory, overseeing equipment procurement, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, will fall under your purview. You’ll also be responsible for meticulous financial planning, crafting budgets that optimize costs without compromising our hallmark of excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal during events, overseeing all stages, from initiation to completion, ensuring Arsalan’s signature touch is evident throughout. Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest catering trends is vital, allowing Arsalan to continually set itself apart in a bustling market. Post-event feedback will be your compass, guiding refinements and championing continuous enhancement.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
