We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for India’s Leading Insurance Company. If you are looking to build your skill set in Business Development and Client Relationship Management then this is the right opportunity for you.Channel Sales Manager provides products and services to existing consumers, and requests new business clients to increase sales revenues. Employees work against regular targets, set on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Job Roles And Duties
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers and with the sales team
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage them to purchase
  • Screening, recruiting and training financial advisors and agents
  • Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling, and networking
  • Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
  • Review the team’s progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
Who can apply?
  • Qualification: Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing of any Industry/Domain
  • Those who ready to take challenges to achieve a goal
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Excellent Presentations Skills
  • Attractive Personality and Positive Attire
  • Age should be between 24 to 38 Years
