Job Description:

We are looking for energetic accounts professional possessing relevant 5 years experience in Real Estate Company.

Handling day to day transactions, including reconciliation of books of account i.e., Voucher Entries, Reconciliation, customer payments entries, sales, purchase and Petty Cash etc.

Candidates should have excellent knowledge of Excel, Tally.

Capability of handling Income tax, GST, ROC, TDS, RERA etc

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financials.

Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

Must possess utmost zeal to work hard and deliver clear results for a growing corporation in a challenging environment.

Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles

Adhere to organizational standard policies and procedures to meet the agreed deadlines and SLAs

Co-ordinate with auditors.

Managing Payroll and issue of salary

Preparation of various reports for management

Verification of invoices (purchase bills, RA bills, including TDS & GST compliance)

Checking, booking and tracking (Admin, Utilities & Employee expenses)

Payments to vendor

Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant with Minimum 3 years of experience

Proficient in working on computers and fluent in online working

Strong knowledge of Accounts and finance

Eye for detail, Accuracy and confidentiality

Good in Excel
