Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Supervisor at Casa design build located in Alwar district. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. The Construction Supervisor will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
